由于 采用了内部 MOSFET 设计、TPS61200无法调节12V 输出。 您可以选择 TPS61376备份。 您也可以 在 TI.com 上找到其他 MV 升压设备,选择 SR / BCC/ MV 来选择合适的部件 。
