遗憾的是、我们没有适用于 TPS3430的独立 IBIS/PSpice 模型。 不过、您可以使用 TPS3850 PSpice 模型来描述 TPS3430的 WD 行为。 两个器件在 PSpice 中将具有相同的 WD 参数和电气特性。
