我们拥有 UCC27531-Q1的功能安全信息、 此器件与 UCC27532-Q1器件极为相似(不同之处在于 TTL 与 CMOS 的输入结构、但所有其他相关参数应相同)。 根据表4-2、如果输出引脚短接至 GND、可能会损坏器件。
