感谢您的提问！ 最相似的器件是 TPS72301QDBVRQ1、它具有更低的输入电压范围、但也是与 LM2990类似的负极器件。 这目前我们唯一的负极器件是汽车级器件。 所有带有 Q1后缀的器件均标记了符合 AEC-Q100标准的器件。
