让 TI 产品使用出厂设置 EEPROM (即 LM3880、TPS72733DSET 等) 是否由于大气中子单粒子效应而经历了存储器损坏？ 有没有一篇文章显示抗扰度或干扰率？

LM3880是不含 SRAM 的纯模拟器件、EEPROM 对于 SEU 自然不敏感。
TI 不对 LM3880执行任何 SEU 测试、也没有客户报告任何问题。
