下载文件时会显示 LMG1020模型、但两个器件在电气方面是相同的。 最大的区别在于封装、其中 LMG1025-Q1有引线、会增加寄生电感。 如果希望对此进行仿真、则可以添加与引脚串联的~1nH 电感、但除非使用非常高的开关频率、否则很可能不会产生明显的差异。
