4级控制引脚为3.3V。
2电平控制引脚为1.8V 或3.3V、具体取决于 VIO_SEL 设置
高速 RX 差分峰峰值电压摆幅动态范围为2Vpp
高速 TX 动态差动电压摆幅范围为1.5Vpp
