只是想检查一下 LM20B 是否有涵盖-40°C 至150°C 温度范围的升级版本。  

最好保持相同的 传感器增益、并且需要与 LM20BIM7X/NOPB 引脚对引脚相同。  我看到有 TMP235A4、但传感器增益为正。 谢谢。
