劳伦斯、您好！ 感谢您与我们联系。 遗憾的是、我们的产品系列中没有带集成4Kbit EEPROM 的 DDR4温度传感器、用于存储器模块解决方案。 我们最接近的匹配项是 TMP139 ,这是一个 JEDEC DDR5温度传感器,它没有 EEPROM。
