无法在设计工具中更改 Rbias。 其原因是 TMP6系列热敏电阻不是电阻器、欧姆定律不适用。 TMP6有效电阻随电流而变化、因此、改变 Rbias 需要表征。 我还应补充一点、如果使用 TMP64-Q1、Rbias 为47k Ω、而如果使用 TMP63-Q1、Rbias 为100k Ω、具体取决于其在25C 下的有效 R。
