C20/R22是一个软启动电路、可防止在开通时输出电压过冲。 当 C20充电时、反馈通过 D5缓慢斜升。 当输出达到稳定时、D5反向偏置、C20不再是电路的一部分。 当输出关闭时、C20通过 D6放电、以复位软启动电路。
