通过 PSpice 下载页面设置的 uipdate 配置文件无法正常工作。 请尝试以下操作：
直接登录 TI.com (而非 pspice 注册页面)。 然后转至"帐户->个人信息"并填写缺失的信息(很可能是收货地址)。 然后注销、转到 pspice 注册页面再次申请
