正确的做法是、当输入电压接近栅极电压(NFET)时、该器件的电阻将增大。 但是、对于1.3V 的标准 MIPI 应用、电阻在正常工作范围内相当平坦。
此外、我们还提供了此器件(TMUX646)的更新版本、该版本最近发布、建议将其用于此器件。
