这是sysconfig目前的已知限制，请参阅 《Z-Stack迁移指南》中的CC26x1x3模块。 当前的建议是导入LP_CC2651P3项目，将.syscfg更改为引用LP_CC2651R3，并且不要使用IOID 23到30。
