I have purchased this control card TMDSCNCD280039C and the complimentary item included a USB cable.

And the circuit board has already been soldered.

When I wanted to start the experiment, 

To connect JTAG, use a USB cable from the control card and connect it to a host computer.

When I want to install the code into the control card, do I need to purchase this XDS110?
