28027可以连接仿真器成功，烧写程序时候，一直都显示 erase，进行不下去

1- 做了几片28027的板子，其他板子用仿真器都可以连接，烧写，说明电路没问题

2- 唯独一片板子，仿真器建立连接后，烧写程序时，一直停在erase的状态，进行不下去

  3- 怀疑单片机不好，换了新单片机； 怀疑复位电路不好，检查了复位电路， 仍然不行

     不知有没有朋友遇到类似问题？原因是什么？ 怎么解决。
