CCS3.3配置CPU成F2407出现错误

CCS3.3配置CPU成F2407后启动CCS3.3就会出现提示框：ERROR initializing emulator      I/O port=240........

但是配置成CPU配置2812后什么问题都没有，正常连接仿真器，正常下载程序。

请问这是什么问题，如何解决？
