单独安装了新版 SysConfig 1.24.x, 打开  syscfg 文件时报错.

 需要 1.21 以上版本才能打开.

删除    \ccs1xx\ccs\utils 下的文件夹  sysconfig_1.xx.0 重启 CCS 即可
