系统环境为WIN7旗舰版64位；已关闭杀毒软件的文件系统实时防护，无法关闭其所有功能；安装路径不包含中文字符。

这种一般都是PC系统的问题。可以重装试试。在重装之前一定要用卸载工具把之前的卸干净。
在公司的电脑上，拔掉网线，关掉一些杀毒软件的文件保护功能就装上了
