没有这样的功能，如果要降低功耗，把没有用到的外设都关掉。或是通过控制flash的寄存器控制flash的功耗模式，有active, idle standby, halt。

涉及低功耗是什么意思？补充一点，如果芯片设置为低功耗模块，可以通过外部的GPIo来唤醒。
