原来使用的是外部时钟，配置的PWM模块频率为20KHz，运行一直没有问题。今天突然频率降为6.67KHz，也就相当于主频降到原来的1/3，这是为什么，该从哪方面着手解决？
几个方式：
1. 把sysclkout的引脚打开，通过这个引脚观察系统时钟主频。
2. 直接用示波器看外部时钟的波形
3. 配置为内部时钟，用内部时钟验证。
