在DMC库中的库RMP3CNTL的example中，宏RC3_MACRO中的Ramp3DelayCount初始值为0，Ramp3Delay=100.
而在RC3_MACRO中，有判断语句if (v.Ramp3DelayCount >= v.Ramp3Delay),那么这个判断是不成立的，后面的都不会执行。
那么example中得到的全部斜坡延时（500-20）x0.0025是怎么计算得到的？
