在InstaSPIN-MOTION    lab12a中，传感部分，由于接口不一样，我自己得到的角度要加到一下代码，但是格式不知道以什么格式带入进去，CTRL_run(ctrlHandle,halHandle,&gAdcData,&gPwmData,ENC_getElecAngle(encHandle));是以IQ24的格式，还是0~4095，还是0~360度的方式
