芯片的封装信息在sysconfig中定义。
那这样的话，我编译出来是不是会自动生成board.c等文件？这些文件每次编译都会重新生成，我怎么不让他重新生成？
只有在SysConfig中更新配置，才会更新board.c board.h文件。
