28335读取ET1100寄存器出现的错误

用28335读取ET1100寄存器的16位数据时，奇数位地址会显示偶数位地址的数据，如地址0x200141和0x200140的数据应该是0x0708但是却显示0x0808，时常也会显示其他形式偶尔正确显示一下，如果读取多个地址的数据的话，显示的数据就会变成这个几个地址的数据的排列组合，这会是什么原因？读写28335扩展ram时都没问题的。
