You can go through "C2000 Software Frequency Response Analyzer (SFRA) Library User’s Guide (Rev. A)" for using SFRA Library. There is an example showcasing SFRA functionality in "C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK_5_vv\libraries\sfra\examples" which you can refer.
