在CCS3.3中有，ON Chip Flash Programmer，可以直接将.out文件直接烧写到DSP的FLASH中，
现在使用CCS 5.2版本，有源码的情况下，建立workspace和ccs project，然后，debug就可以直接可以将.out文件下载到FLASH中了，
但是，在没有源码的情况下，不知道怎么烧写了！
你可以用uniflash烧写，如果用CCS，那就在菜单找到view- target configuration- new target configuration,然后选择仿真器，产品，然后右键点击新建的target, launch 一下，点击tool里面的connect 然后load program就可以了。

提到的两种方法都试了一下，都没有问题！
1.用ccs uniflash，烧写FLASH很简单！
2.用ccs，有两点需要提一下 ，
(i).在launch之前需要save，不然无法launch的；
(ii）“connect target”和“Load” ->“Load program"不是在"Tool"下，而是在"Run"下面。
