自制控制板，一直工作正常，最近突然出现目标连接不太正常，有时连接很慢，连接上也无法烧写，CCS提示擦除错误，芯片被锁或者未连接，重新焊了一片仍然如此。请问会是哪里的问题
检查电源，3,3V和1.8V是否正常，3.3V是否输出能力足够
检查是否所有3.3V和1.8V引脚都已经供电？
用的是哪颗芯片？
如果是Piccolo系列，请检查跟1.8V相关的引脚是否有1.2uf以上的电容？必须每个都加，至少1.2uf,推荐2.2uf
检查晶振 和时钟
检查 Jtag电路，是否该上下拉的已经正确了。
对照TI的Control Card进行原理图检查。
