我想要用28069F进行电机控制，想应用FAST库，我可以基于MotorWare的lab例程，将CTRLHandle部分改成我自己的代码，只保留ESTHandle部分吗？

比如这个函数，有声明，有定义，但是函数没有内容，是函数内容固化在ROM里面了吗？
