f28335控制永磁同步电机 开环转速上不去

大家好，在测试level1中的开环控制时，vqtesting给定常值0.15，母线电压36V，speedref从0到0.2，基准频率是50hz,怎么调节speedref，电机转速就是上不去，而且在继续增大speedref永磁同步电机的失步越来越严重，请教大家pmsm的foc开环控制是怎么做的，如何调节让转速上去，谢谢。
