TMS320F2812能连上仿真器，但无法烧写

这一批芯片含在同一批板子上，都能与仿真器连接，有的能下载程序，有的下载程序时卡在擦除阶段，擦除进度条一点都没有。换仿真器也不好使，请问这是什么情况？
