地址定义时超过用户可定义的范围了，可能误操作flash，导致器件加密了，怎么才能解密呢
错误信息如下：
Cortex_M3_0:Flash Proframmer:Error erasing Sector N. Operation Cancelled.
Cortex_M3_0:Unable to terminate memory download:NULL buffer pointer at 0x3a9f
使用的是F28M36x器件，M3核无法下载程序，C28核能正常debug
不用tios，程序已正常，想使用tios，cmd文件编译不通过，我就尝试修改cmd文件，导致了上述问题
