dsp28069上电的时候要延迟几秒才进定时器中断，复位电路没问题。我在定时器中给sci txbuf寄存器赋值，触发sci发送中断，上电时需要几秒sci才有数据发出，我初步分析是不是过了几秒才触发了定时器中断。当我在while（1）主循环之前，给scitxbuf赋一个值时，上电sci立即有数据发出，这是怎么回事？？求哪位大牛指导，不幸感激！
