CPU Vector Table到底有什么用？原理什么的就算了，我只关心对我写程序有什么影响？或者如何使用？
是不是只是启动的时候用个复位向量而已，但对写应用程序没有任何作用？
中断程序的函数名字必须添加到VectorTable对应的中断向量处，这样当CPU发现有中断信号，才知道应该跳转到哪个中断函数
