有一几台老机器，现在要更新程序。
在烧录时总能是出现这个问题。
5个芯片，
有两个第一次可以烧录，再想烧第二次，就不行了。
有三个芯片，第一次烧录，就出现下面的错误。会是什么原因？
网上相关资料说是上电瞬间，电源有尖峰，导致内部FLASH损坏，我用示波器抓到的电源波型正常。无尖峰！
