dsp SCI FIFO 发送中断编程时，怎样才能实现在发送在FIFO空时才进入 SCI FIFO的发送中断？
TXFFIL4-0 设置为0，这样在FIFO空的时候就会进入中断。

道理上是该如此。但实验结果说明，将TXFFIL4-0 设置为0--4实验，向TXFIFO写入4个字节数，都是发送一个字节数据后，就再次进入发生中断，
并不满足（TXFFIL4-0 =>0时）,将4个字节数据发送完后才进入发送中断。这样看来，TXFIFO没有作用，不知原因如何？
