我用的软件是ccs4.2.4，芯片是F28335，在连接开发板是遇到如下问题，
1. 首先验证你的开发工具有没有问题，可以找一个可用的XDS100v1或者XDS100v2工具对你的目标板进行调试。或者用XDS560 来调试其他的C2000板，看看该工具是否能正常仿真调试
2. 再验证你的目标板有没有问题，供电电源，时钟，复位等是否正常
