2812的开发板上，用5V的电源，输出的pwm是几伏，能不能驱动5V的电机？（舵机）
肯定不能 PWM波的幅度MCU的IO供电有关 与输入的5V无关
肯定在内部又做了电压转换 PWM的幅度应该是3.3V
电机肯定是需要驱动才能正常转动的
直接接肯定烧MCU
