被搬迁的代码是谁？

这段代码的意思是要把FLASHD中的程序搬到RAML0中运行，但F2812.cmd文件中，FLASHD中并未制定特殊的段，那里面是程序代码了？

那如果是程序代码，岂不是随机的代码了？但我认为既然是要搬走的代码肯定是比较特殊的代码，   求解搬到RAM中的代码是谁。
