请问有关于shadow register的工作方式的详细介绍文档吗？
没有专门介绍shadow register的文档，在ePWM模块的user guide中有其shadow register的介绍。shadow模式和立即模式是相对的，一个是等到某个event发生的时候装载更新值，一个是立即装载更新值。
