电脑无法识别F28377S LaunchPad

新买的F28377S LaunchPad连接电脑后灯是亮的，但电脑没有反应，设备管理器中没有出现TI XDS100 Channel A和TI XDS100 Channel B，com port也没有。

XDSdrivers也重装了几次，甚至连CCS都重装了，我用F28335外设开发套件去试，连接后里面显示上面三项内容，可以排除驱动和电脑的问题。这是F28377S LaunchPad本身质量有问题吗？
