28335采样问题

你好，我目前在使用F28335做采样调试。实验中给AD模块输入的模拟电压从0慢慢往上升，ADCLO接地，使用的内部参考。当输入模拟电压较低时，从寄存器中读出的数值逐渐增大且接近线性，但是当寄存器中的值到达2050左右时（结果已右移4位），即使模拟输入增大，读出的值基本不会变化。请问各位，有可能是哪里问题？同样试过外部参考，仍然是类似情况。
