TMS320F28035 只有.out，没有源程序，怎么串口烧录？CCS5.1能烧吗？还有.out或.hex能转源文件吗？
CCSV5.1不支持F28035的串口烧写，可以使用hex2000将out文件转换成hex文件，然后通过c2prog来烧写。
使用CCS进行烧写，可以通过仿真器的方式，请参考附件说明做类似的操作即可。
