烧录电压5V，CCS3.3 On-chip Flash Programmer， 已连接芯片和XDS510，密钥输入正确，显示Flash Unlocked，但是进行Clear和Erase操作就返回错误Error: Read status value 0x0001 from symbol PRG_status

Flash algorithm failed during clear operation或者是 Error: Read status value 0x0002 from symbol PRG_status

Flash algorithm failed during clear operation.请问是否是芯片坏掉了？另外有其他一颗芯片，擦除Flash后校验第二区（0X1000-3FFF)所有Byte为0X0000，其他都正常，可以在0X0000-FFF之间烧录代码，是否也是芯片坏掉了？

    很大的可能还是在于电源问题，无论是否被损坏。

    请确保：

    1. Vccp脚直接连接到+5V的电源)不要在+5V电源的输出到DSP的Vccp脚间加任何限流电阻)，+5V电源的电流输出能力大于500毫安，电压输出精度为5%，即电压输出在+4.75~5.25的范围内；

    2. +3.3V电源的电流输出能力大于250毫安，电压输出精度为10%，即电压输出在+3.0V~+3.6V的范围内,，并满足VCP(5V)的精度在+/-5%以内，且VDD(3.3V)先于VCCP(5V)上电；

    3. 不烧写程序时，Vccp应该接到GND，任何时候Vccp都不能悬空；

    4. Vccp在Vdd后上电。
