我用28035 产生方波控制PMSM，空载电流很大，有10A之大，这是为什么呢？
那应该就是算法有问题。
你如果要用方波控制PMSM，建议看TI的历程：

对于PMSM，一般采用正弦波控制方式，方波控制会使控制精度达不到需求，空载电流10A也不太正常，建议参考TI示例算法
