他可以等于VSS用于接地和散热，根据手册的尺寸做SHARP,并用过孔接地

建议尽量画出来，如果不加这个散热模块虽然原理上没问题，但影响芯片工作过程中的散热效果，长时间可能导致芯片温度过高而无法正常工作。
