我使用了TMS320F28069 的OTP 位址為 0x3D7800 - 0x3D7BFF
可以讀取,也可以寫入,可是就是沒辦法清除回至0xFFFF
我使用 Flash_Erase(,&FlashStatus) 是找不到OTP清除的方式
我查看了他的文件,OTP是沒辦法清除的嗎?....還是有其他的清除方式
如果要用Flash的記憶體去作E2P的功能,再燒寫程式時又會被清除
是的没办法清除。
OTP是one time programmable的缩写， 这个区域只能写一次，所以没法清除。
楼上正解，OTP不能擦除。
建议使用外部EEPROM来存储数据，当然使用Flash也是个办法，但不推荐：
