F28335串口SCLA烧写失败

手头上有块老大做的28335板子，按照TI给的串口烧写工具下载了对应工具和软件，并把XA12置低，用串口调试助手测试串口收发正常，用C2Prog v1.5工具烧写对应hex文件，起初板子能连上（调整波特率），然后走到再此连接板子烧写程序时候发现板子没有反馈，此时关闭C2Prog v1.5，然后打开串口调试助手此时发现串口工作正常，这会是什么原因呢？在线等大侠解决办法，是不是DSP程序问题？
