CCS5.4 烧写程序 频率设置的问题

       新安装的CCS5.4  想直接烧写 .out文件(.out是同事用CCS3.3编译生成的)， 但我在进行配置的时候，在clock configuration中 ，OSSCCLK必须设置成整数，而在CCS3.3中是可以设置成小数的，请教一下这是什么问题，怎么解决。
