程序里明明设置好了UART的相关配置，但是从串口调试工具里却没收到数据，为什么，如下图
我看板子（28377s launchpad）上默认程序（就那个显示ti的logo的那个）是用SCI的，
所以有人能指点一下如何配置引脚可以串口输出显示吗？
参考SCI_loopback的程序，把loopback禁止掉试一下：
